When you work with KTRADE, your retirement plan administration is provided by a local third party pension administration firm, or TPA, that is an Alliance Member of KTRADE. KTRADE has Alliance Member TPAs located throughout the United States.

Our local TPA will work directly with you, assisting with the following:

  • Evaluate plan objectives and develop a customized and proper plan design
  • Analyze legislation affecting plan design and operation
  • Plan document drafting/compliance
  • Determination letter requests

ADMINISTRATION & COMPLIANCE SERVICES

  • ERISA/Internal Revenue code compliance
  • Non-discrimination testing
  • Valuation reports
  • IRS Form 5500 filings
  • Reconciliation of trust assets

COMMUNICATION SERVICES

  • Assist client and financial advisor with enrollment meetings
  • Enrollment material preparation
  • Assist client and financial advisor with ongoing participant education
  • Participate in annual plan review meetings

ACTUARIAL SERVICES

  • Actuarial valuations
  • IRS Form 5500 Schedule B Certification
  • PBGC Form 1 Schedule A Certification
  • Retirement benefit projections
